The online registration form is now available! Visit http://www.mdmlg.org/midwest/registration.htm. Payments for registration may be made by credit card or check. Whether paying by credit card or check, please fill out the online form. When you get to the end of the form, click on the "Calculate Order" button and you will have an opportunity to print out the form for payment by check.

Full registration includes continental breakfasts on Sunday and Tuesday, a breakfast buffet on Monday, and buffet lunches on Sunday and Monday. In addition, full registration includes one ticket to the Welcome Reception on Saturday and one ticket to the special event at the Detroit Institute of Arts on Sunday evening.

A continental breakfast will also be provided for Saturday and Tuesday CE participants.

The deadline for registration is September 1st. After September 1st, a $50.00 late fee will be charged.
